Celebrate your Senior athlete by ordering personalized items from our Fan Shop! All Senior families are strongly encouraged to order a Senior Banner for their athlete as soon as the team is rostered. Banners will be delivered to MRHS and displayed at the school or at the stadium. Other items, such as yard signs, magnets, and stickers are optional, and will be delivered to the school for athletes to pick up. Shipping is available at an additional cost for out-of-town family. Coaches/Team Parents will communicate Senior Banner order and proof deadlines. Please make sure to order on time so that there are no delays!

HERE’S HOW TO ORDER

1. “Click Here to Order” below to be re-directed to the Alpha Graphics South Charlotte website.

2. Choose a package (banner, sign, magnets) or individual item (banner only).

3. Enter athlete information. Click to “Preview” your designs. Your athlete’s picture will not appear on the initial banner preview. After ensuring information is correct, click to “Approve Proof” and submit your order with payment.

4. Look for a Banner proof email from Alpha Graphics South Charlotte after the ordering deadline. There will be no retakes – this proof is to confirm that your athlete’s photo is correct.  Please respond to your proof email as soon as possible.  Banners for your team will not begin production until all proofs for the team are approved.

5. Optional items will be delivered to MRHS to your team’s attention – or will be mailed if you choose the shipping option.

6.  After the season, Senior athletes will receive their banners as a keepsake.

Once your athlete is rostered on a sports team, either JV or Varsity, you are invited to purchase a personalized team yard sign and other specialty items for your underclassmen athletes by clicking on “Order MRHS Athlete Banners/Signs”.  There you will find information about the products.

4. Orders are delivered weekly to MRHS, where your student can pick up your products.  You can also order signs and other products to be delivered to out of town friends and family.

Once your team is rostered, please send out the link for www.gomavericks.org, click on FAN SHOP, to your entire team, by yourself or through your team parent.

Provide your team parent with the number of Seniors on the roster, as well as the date of your first home contest.  Have your team parent go to the Team Parent section of the FAN SHOP page and complete the Team Parent form, which provides contact information to Alpha Graphics of South Charlotte, our banner producer.  The team parent will be the point of contact for Alpha Graphics should there be any issues with orders or banner proofs, and thus ensure that your banners are produced in a timely manner.

Individual and team pictures will be scheduled for your team by the Athletic Department, which will be available for purchase from the photographer.  Senior banner photos will also be taken, possibly at the same time. 

Parents should order their Senior banners as soon as possible after rostering, even before photos have been taken.  When parents order their Senior banners, they will not see the photo proof yet.  They will receive a banner proof from Alpha Graphics of South Charlotte once all banner orders and banner photos have been received and designed.

Please talk to your coach about which of you will communicate to the team about the Fan Shop, which is open to underclassmen and Seniors.  Your parents will need to know that they should go to www.gomavericks.org and click on FAN SHOP for more information and instructions on how to order.

Alpha Graphics of South Charlotte is our banner producer, and team parents are the point of contact should there be any issues with orders or banner proofs for your team.  Once you know how many Seniors there are, and the date of your first home contest,  “CLICK HERE” to complete the Team Parent form.

Please read the “Parents of Seniors” section so that you understand the ordering process.  Banners can be ordered as soon as the team is rostered, even prior to having the photos taken.  The ordering window should be short, and once the proofs are sent out, there should be a 48-hour turnaround so that banners can go into production before your first home game.  Remember that banner production will not begin until all proofs for the team are approved.
